Return/Refund
Policy
We happily accept returns on items which
are NOT as detailed in our description and/or
pictures. We want only happy buyers, so please read the descriptions completely
before you buy. E-mail us with questions, if you have them, before
buying.
Damaged Items
Buyers must email us within 1 business day of receipt of the item
to report any damage or to have a Return Merchandise Authorization sent. Return
shipping must be post marked within 2 days of receipt of authorization code or
the package will have to be refused. ALL shipments must be unpacked and
inspected on the day of delivery and any damage reported within 1 business day.
Shipping costs are non refundable and
there may be a restocking fee of 20%.
ITEMS SHIPPED AND REFUSED OR
RETURNED LATE OR RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. OUR
AUTHORIZATION CODE MUST BE WRITTEN PROMINENTLY ON THE FRONT ON OF THE PACKAGE!
Delivery
Method (US Mail - FedEx-UPS etc.)
Due to the wide variety of products we offer and the multitude of
stores we are connected with our products may ship by UPS, USPS, FEDEX or any
number of other services.
Delivery Timing. (How many days for delivery from time order submitted.)
Unless the product is an import you can expect your order to
arrive generally within 7-14 days by standard shipping. We can offer expedited
shipping but keep in mind this can get quite expensive.
